Emotion (TEIQue) Accreditation Course
Join us for this insightful and educational course, hosted by one of our expert trainers, where you’ll gain the confidence to effectively administer, interpret and apply the Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue) in various commercial settings. This psychometric assessment helps you understand a person’s emotional functioning, ability to manage relationships, emotional control, and response to pressure.
During the course, you will:
- Explore the trait-based model behind personality and Emotional Intelligence.
- Understand what the TEIQue measures and its impact on your recruitment and development processes and how to apply the results in various scenarios.
- Learn how to use the TEIQue appropriately and responsibly.
- Develop the skills to administer, interpret and provide feedback on the reports generated by this assessment
- Gain insights into assessing the demands a job can have on someone’s Emotional Intelligence and using assessment results to highlight areas of strength and development.
As Emotional Intelligence becomes increasingly important in the workplace, you will:

Upon enrolment and in preparation for the course, you will receive an assessment link and your completed report prior to attending. You must attend both segments and complete the Knowledge Check to receive your certificate of accreditation as a TEIQue Practitioner.
