You earn a competitive referral fee for every qualified lead that converts to a Thomas customer. Fees are paid after the customer completes their first purchase. The exact percentage is discussed during onboarding and depends on the nature of the referral.
Do I need any certification or training?
No formal certification is required for Referral Partners. We provide you with conversation guides, thought leadership content, and key messaging to help you introduce Thomas effectively. Optional deeper product training is available if you want it.
What counts as a qualified referral?
A qualified referral is an introduction to a decision-maker at an organisation that could benefit from Thomas assessments. This could be an HR leader, talent acquisition manager, L&D professional, or business leader. We handle the sales process from there.
How do I track my referrals?
You'll have access to our partner portal where you can submit referrals and track their status. You'll receive updates as referrals progress through the sales process and be notified when fees are earned.
What resources do referral partners receive?
