Thomas is pleased to announce the appointment of Luke Warren as Chief Growth Officer (CGO), as the business continues to scale its global growth strategy and category leadership in Connection Intelligence.
Luke joins with a proven track record of transforming and scaling profitable software businesses, delivering impressive results and exceptional employee engagement. Most notably, he transformed Kinetic Solutions Ltd into one of the top-performing businesses within the Volaris Group portfolio and, as CEO of a ~100-person organization, successfully led and integrated three acquisitions while achieving record employee NPS.
A belief in leadership as the driver of performance
Luke believes that the biggest constraint to growth isn’t strategy, but execution through people.
“As organizations scale, alignment is usually the first thing to break. Managers become the translation layer between leadership and execution, but without clear insight, performance quickly drifts.”
He sees this as a systemic challenge for growing organizations:
- Managers are often promoted without the capability to lead
- Alignment and accountability weaken as complexity increases
- Performance issues emerge behaviorally long before they appear financially
Why Thomas
Luke’s decision to join Thomas is grounded in both experience and conviction.
“That’s exactly why Thomas, and its Connection Intelligence (CXI) platform, matters. The powerful insights driven by our people science makes alignment, team dynamics and management effectiveness visible, and gives leaders the ability to act early, not react late.”
“Having used Thomas solutions myself as a leader, I’ve seen first-hand the impact this creates. I joined because I believe deeply in the mission, to help organizations improve people performance in a way that drives measurable growth.”
Looking ahead
As Chief Growth Officer, Luke will focus on scaling Thomas’ commercial impact globally and strengthening its ability to translate people insight into performance outcomes.
“The organizations that win will be those that can measure, manage and improve how their teams actually operate. That’s where the real competitive advantage sits.”
CEO, Luke McKeever, added:
“Luke’s appointment strengthens our ability to turn our category leadership into measurable growth. His experience and mindset will be key as we scale globally.”
