As Chief Marketing Officer, I drive Thomas’ Growth objective. I’m here to make sure that we deliver on our ambitions by making Marketing a world-class, data-driven lead generation machine that works seamlessly with Sales to realise our growth goals, whilst spreading the unique Thomas story around the world.
What is the best thing about working at Thomas?
Unsurprisingly for a company that exists to help identify & unlock the power of people, it’s the Team Thomas culture! With my ‘High Influence’ behavioural profile, strong working relationships are important to me, so Thomas’ mission, purpose and values align with my own core motivations, and I love to see teammates living them day-in, day-out.
What do your assessments say about you?
As an ‘I-D’ profile, the assessments paint me as an influential and assertive yet friendly individual, with a focus on motivating others. They also suggest I have traits I believe all marketing leaders need, in that I’m receptive to change, constantly question the status quo, and am happy to seek challenging assignments which require venturing into the unknown. Less excitingly, I’m highly conscientious and expect the same from my team as we focus on winning in our market!
What do you enjoy outside of Thomas?
My family of four keep me rather busy, but when I can spoil myself, you’ll typically find me skiing, kayaking, cycling or avidly following my passion for a certain football team.
