Luke Norfolk will lead Thomas’ global sales, partner network, and demand generation strategy - helping to attract high-quality leads, scale revenue, and expand the reach of Thomas’ Assess and Connect platforms. He will work closely with the Brand, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure commercial growth stays aligned with the company’s ambitious innovation roadmap and customer-first approach.

With deep experience in sales and marketing leadership, Luke has built and led high-performing teams across both the SMB and enterprise software sectors. He has held senior roles at Civica and TES, where he drove commercial growth and international expansion in the local government and education industries. Luke has also been recognised for his inclusive and engaging leadership style – we look forward to seeing our teams thrive under his guidance.
