This role will report to the Regional Manager – Customer Success and can be based in Belgium or the Netherlands. They will be required to render a service to clients in Belgium and Netherlands by responding to and solving customer requirements. They will work with a team of Customer Success Managers on their portfolios to ensure there is a timely and appropriate responses to customer requests.
