What is the easiest way to recommend Thomas?

It’s really easy to refer your network. 

When your application has been approved, you will get a Unique Ambassador Link. You can share this directly with people you’d like to refer Thomas to. All they have to do is follow the link and register their details with us and we can track the referral from there. 

Each month, we’ll also send you a ‘Social Boost’ email, with template social media posts for you to personalise and share with your network online.

Am I eligible to be a member of this Program?

Currently, the Ambassador Program is only available in the UK for active UK customers.  

Ambassadors must be employed by an organisation that is an active, paying customer of Thomas in the UK and can therefore make confident referrals based on their experience of working with Thomas and using the Thomas platform and assessments. 

We hope to open this out to our users across the world as soon as possible.

How does the Ambassador Program work?

After signing up, you will receive a unique referral link to share with your community, to spread the word about Thomas. Your unique referral link leads to a landing page where your peers have the opportunity to contact Thomas. 

After we confirm a new Qualifying Sale has been made from one of your tracked referrals, you will be eligible to claim a reward of £400. 

A Qualifying Sale means that the referred brand-new customer has purchased a Thomas Hub or Thomas Perform subscription with a minimum package price of £4,000.

How does my referral link work?

You can share your referral link anywhere at any time. If you're interested in advertising your link, please see the details below. We use cookies to track your referrals, so when you create and share a custom link it will track your referral activity, regardless of the link destination. You can view your link activity on the Ambassador Hub.

Where should I share my referral link?

Talk to fellow colleagues and businesses associates, post on social media, reach out to friends and family, share videos, write blog posts, link to it on your website, or add it to your email signature. Whatever you choose to do to get the word out!

Are there promotional assets or tools that can help me?

We have a bunch of assets and helpful resources on the Ambassador Hub that you can use to help spread the word about Thomas International and promote your referral link to your community.

How and when do I get paid?

We’ve partnered with PartnerStack to create a payment platform that’s simple. Your rewards are calculated and authorised at the end of each month and available for cash-out via PayPal or Stripe.

The amount shown in your account will be shown as US dollar equivalent, but you can withdraw your rewards in your local currency. Any transaction fees from the payment providers will be deducted at source and the net amount credited to your account.

Your new business wins must have made their payment before you become eligible for the associated reward.

You may check the status of your rewards or initiate a pay-out through the PartnerStack Rewards & Withdrawals tab on the Ambassador Hub. You must have at least £25 in rewards to initiate a pay-out. Rewards are verified and paid out around the 13th day of the month following the month they are earned. For example, any rewards earned during the month of February will be available March 13th. Your rewards are available for the lifetime of your account, as long as it is active and open, or unless otherwise stated.

What is a "pending" reward?

"Pending" rewards are those rewards that are awaiting authorisation (usually because authorisation takes place at the end of each calendar month). After it has been authorised, you'll be able to cash out your reward through the "Rewards & Withdrawals" tab on your Ambassador Hub.

Can I use advertising to drive more link clicks?

Advertising is permitted, but you must drive to your own website, where your referral link is subsequently embedded. Additionally, ad and website titles should lead with your own business name or brand, or with an industry descriptor, and should not lead with Thomas International.

Where do I go for help?

PartnerStack is the platform where you will access your Ambassador Hub. The Ambassador Hub is your personal dashboard to view your link activity, initiate pay-outs, download promotional assets, and more.

If you need help logging in to your Ambassador Program account or have other Ambassador Hub-related issues, please contact PartnerStack Support at [email protected] or use the "Contact Us" chat bot at the bottom of the Ambassador Hub.

All other questions related to the Ambassador Program (i.e. tracking your sales) can be directed to the Thomas International Ambassador Team by messaging them through your Ambassador Hub. You may also refer back to this FAQ by visiting the Resources tab on the Ambassador Hub.
