Mollie is Thomas’ Lead Organisational Psychologist. She ensures that Thomas assessments are valid and reliable by studying appropriate norm reference groups. Mollie’s areas of interest include cross-cultural psychology, adverse impacts and fairness in the workplace. She is currently completing a PhD at Loughborough University.
