Thomas International wins Recruiter of the Year

Thomas International is the winner of the ‘Recruitment Industry Supplier of the Year’ at the 2022 Recruiter Awards. The prestigious award follows the company’s award win for ‘Best Comprehensive Solution’ in the ‘Talent Acquisition’ category at the HR Tech Awards earlier in 2022.

The Recruitment Industry Supplier of the Year category recognises the “business that has made the most significant impact on the recruitment industry through the product and services provided, and exemplary client focus and service.”

Judges were impressed by the rigour behind Thomas International’s psychometric assessments, which are accredited by the British Psychological Society and subject to continual improvement by Thomas’ in-house Science team. Thomas leveraged global datasets to take data quality to ‘near perfect’ levels, offering customers market-leading assessment accuracy.

In response to 2021’s challenging recruitment landscape, Thomas also made the strategic decision to develop post-hire content and functionality in the Thomas platform to effectively meet the development needs of customers around the world. This additional functionality now enables customers to use Thomas Perform to manage, develop, engage and retain valuable staff using business-oriented content powered by deep psychological insights.

Luke McKeever, CEO of Thomas International commented: “This award win reflects the efforts of the Thomas team to make ours the talent assessment platform of choice for businesses around the world who want to harness predictive hiring to make smarter recruitment decisions, and develop and retain valuable staff using the power of rigorously validated psychometric assessments delivered in an instantly accessible format. Great recognition for our outstanding product, team, customers and partners!”

The award win comes as HR and Talent Acquistion professionals come under increased pressure to accelerate recruitment and onboarding processes whilst maximising retention, ahead of a likely UK recession.  McKeever continues: “Having launched our new talent platform Thomas Perform in six new languages earlier this year, we will continue this expansion throughout 2022 and beyond, bringing its productivity and cost-saving benefits to more customers worldwide during these challenging recessionary times.”
