We look for partners with relevant market expertise in HR, talent management, or people technology, a commitment to ethical and responsible practices, and a genuine focus on improving outcomes for organisations. Specific requirements vary by partner type—referral partners need strong networks, resellers need delivery capability, and embedded partners need technical integration resources.
How long does the application process take?
Typically 2-4 weeks from application to onboarding. After you submit your application, our team reviews it within 2 business days. If there's a good fit, we'll schedule an introductory call to discuss your goals and the partnership in detail. Once approved, onboarding usually takes 1-2 weeks.
Is there a cost to join the partner programme?
There's no upfront fee to become a referral partner. Reseller and embedded partnerships may involve training and certification costs depending on the scope of your engagement. We'll discuss all details during your introductory call.
What training and support will I receive?
All partners receive comprehensive product training, access to our partner portal with on-demand resources, and a dedicated partner success manager. Reseller partners also complete certification programmes, while embedded partners receive technical integration support and API documentation.
Can I partner in multiple ways?
