You will develop the competence to administer, interpret and feedback the reports generated by the assessment, as well as learning how best to appropriately and responsibly use the tool.
Our experienced Trainers will inform you how to practically apply these assessment results in different commercial scenarios, helping practitioners to make better informed people decisions and consider the development opportunities available.

De Persoonlijke Profiel Analyse (PPA) accreditatietraining is een vervolg en verdieping op de PPA-introductietraining. Tijdens de PPA-accreditatietraining komt het volgende aan bod:
- Reflectie op wat je hebt geleerd tijdens de PPA-introductietraining.
- Het analyseren en interpreteren van bijzondere vormen in de grafieken.
- Terugkoppeling van PPA op basis van praktijkcasuïstiek.
- Begrijpen hoe je PPA kunt gebruiken als ondersteuning en onderbouwing voor objectieve HR-beslissingen op het gebied van werving en selectie.
- Leren hoe je de PPA kunt gebruiken om ontwikkelbehoeften vast te stellen.
- Feedback geven en (door)vragen.
Je bent in het bezit van een PPA-rapport van de introductietraining of vult, wanneer het lang geleden is dat je de introductietraining hebt gevolgd, een nieuw PPA-assessment in.
Na de training heb je nog meer inzicht in het werkgedrag van mensen en de (on)bewuste aanpassingen die zij doen om succesvol te zijn in hun werk. Daarnaast begrijp je hoe je kunt bijdragen aan de persoonlijke ontwikkeling en ben je in staat om een functieprofiel op te stellen en een juiste onderbouwing te geven welk gedragsprofiel gewenst is en/of voldoet aan de functie-eisen.
