What is your role at Thomas?

As Chief Sales Officer my role is really focused on driving the growth of our business to new customers globally. While this sounds simple enough, this involves the incredible engine that we have here spanning Sales Development Representatives who support our Direct Sales team in the UK, Benelux, France, South Africa and APAC, through to our Channel team who drive our growth in all other regions, and of course Sales Enablement who helps us develop.

What is the best thing about working at Thomas?

I really value being part of a business that is so global in reach where I can see the impact we are able to have in people’s lives. The opportunity to help shape how both individuals and teams are built and work together for our clients is incredible. We also have an incredibly loyal team, people who are passionate and committed to what we do for our clients.

What do the assessments say about you?

As a high D, I know that I am inherently very results-oriented and that is a very important quality to have for any commercial leader. Thankfully my Thomas assessments also reflected my strong emotional intelligence that allows me to flex in how I show up and my communication style, effectively taming my high D.

What do you most enjoy outside of Thomas?

Outside of work I take great joy from my family, which includes my two sons. I am also an avid culture vulture who loves the theatre and also travelling as much as possible to explore the world.
