Effectively delivered assessment feedback can be extremely rewarding, motivational and beneficial and can be used as an integral part of any recruitment or development programme.

This facilitated workshop is designed to embed feedback ‘best practice’ for Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) assessments or develop confidence for those new to using PPA assessments for providing feedback. Delegates will explore the best situations to provide feedback and discover tips and techniques for framing the feedback conversation appropriately.

You will work with the trainer to develop your understanding on the breadth of reports that are available to support your PPA feedback. Working through applications of PPA, such as selection, onboarding, probationary reviews and 1-2-1s, you will deepen your feedback skills so that you are able to make PPA more versatile as a tool to support people-related discussions within your business.
